This policy explains what personal data Ensemblee (“Ensemblee”, “we”) collects through ensemblee.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.
Who we are
Ensemblee is an architecture, interior design and master planning practice with its head office at 3668, 8th Cross, 13th Main, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and studios in Calicut (India) and Muscat (Oman). For anything about your data, contact us at our contact page.
What we collect
When you contact us
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of project and your message. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.
When you browse, only if you allow analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, the device and browser type, the referring site and an approximate location (country or city). We use Google Analytics and may use Microsoft Clarity, which can record anonymised page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with form fields masked. If you decline, none of these tools are loaded.
Technical data
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request time) to run and secure the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. This is based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Essential storage is always on. Everything else is off until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time: .

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this table and ask for your consent first. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and marketing cookies.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, email and, with your consent, Google and Microsoft for analytics. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
We work from India and Oman, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data leaves your country, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to three years after our last contact, unless a project agreement requires longer. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law and California privacy law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- withdraw consent, for example to analytics cookies;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf (India).
Write to us at our contact page. We will reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for architectural services. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
