House looks spacious as the spaces flow. All colours used are subtle shades of white, grey, beige and walnut wood. Courtyard is a focal point of design and is visible from the entrance foyer, landscaped with minimal plants and stone. Vertical posts are a feature which is used as a design element in interiors and exteriors. Vertical posts in the courtyard extend to first floor and act as a pergola to lit the courtyard. Wooden screens separate foyer and living from the hall. Furniture used is simple and cozy with white and beige coloured leather . False ceilings are simple with horizontal wood reapers white gypsum finish and contemporary warm lighting. Attractive stairs with wood and twisted wired railings and wooden steps is complimented by a simple courtyard below. A climber plant from first floor roof pergola hangs to the stair area. Flooring is mat finished vitrified with beige colour. Ground floor consists of a foyer, formal living, family living and dining hall, courtyard, stairs, kitchen, work area and parents bed room. First floor houses a common hall, master bedroom, daughters bedroom, sons bedroom, sit out and an open terrace. A rear terrace ladder connected to the attic floor sloped roof area used for parties and as an exercise room lighted by a glass skylight.
