We believe that minimalism is an appreciation of space. So the house was designed so that it looks simple, contemporary, with minimal details and colours. This 380 sq.m house has an open free flowing plan that connects foyer, family living, dining, courtyards, stair and kitchen rhythmically.
Contemporary with minimal details and colours. Grey, white and walnut wood colour are used throughout the design, which makes it simple and beautiful. Façade is an interplay of horizontal and vertical lines .Porch has an asymmetrical and contemporary sloped roof connecting to sit out via a water body bridged with rough granite stepping stones which floats in water. Projected show walls cladded with light and dark grey natural granite stone horizontal strips is a feature.
